Why was she killed? Because as far as I can see, she didn't actually break a rule.

It's pretty simple: she came at me with a knife, and I defended myself. Pretty sure there is a rule about that.

Enforcing something retroactively is hardly fair. Though I do agree with you, that sometimes unfortunate things happen. I've never said they don't.

Yup, them's the breaks. Sometimes bad, super unfortunate crap happens. And then you've got to pick up the pieces.

I know what rule 8 says. It doesn't change the point; there's a difference between adding and enforcing, and you cannot enforce a rule that isn't present.

Well, it didn't occur to me that one of my previously hired workers might've failed to check if his patch job on that sealed elevator was fully complete.
